Snow polo in the heart of Megève
Every winter, usually in January, Megève hosts the Polo Masters, an international polo tournament played on snow. For a few days, teams, horses and spectators from all over Europe come to the resort, and the event is one of the highlights of the Megève winter season, together with its restaurants, chalets and après-ski.
Dates and programme are published each year by the organisers. Once your dates are set, we take care of your transport from the airport to your chalet and throughout your stay.
Airport transfers to Megève
Geneva Airport is the closest international airport to Megève, about 70 km away, or roughly 1h10 by road in normal traffic. Your driver tracks your flight and meets you in the arrivals hall, then drives you directly to your hotel or chalet in Megève, Demi-Quartier, Praz-sur-Arly or Combloux. We also serve Lyon Airport and Sallanches railway station.
A driver during the tournament
Parking in Megève is limited on event days. With a driver at your disposal, you go from your chalet to the polo ground, then to lunch on the slopes or in the village, without looking for a parking space. In the evening, we drive you to dinner and back to your chalet at the end of the night, safely, on snowy roads.
